Why we are building this
We have spent enough time around hospitality to know the 6pm scramble. A shift falls through, and the fix is a group chat and a lot of hope, or an agency and a blind rate for a stranger you cannot rate afterwards. Both sides deserve better.
YourCover is the version we wanted to exist. One place where the people who pick up shifts are verified and rated, and the venues that need them can hire in minutes and know who is turning up, whether that is a bartender or a door supervisor.
We are a small team building it around everything else, because it is a problem we keep running into and want fixed. If it works for you, or it does not, we want to hear it.

Where we are
In build, launching city by city
We are pre-launch and honest about it. Rather than open everywhere at once and do it badly, we are launching one city at a time, and the waitlist decides the order. The more workers and venues in an area, the sooner we come to it. Being early is the story, not the weakness.
